Product colors and appearances may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and handcrafted nature of our items.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by Virginia law.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at hathorwaistbeads@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work to make it right.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or used.
